One of the concerns raised by the community and CPAC has been the maintenance of the step planters on the green balconies over time. We have listened and designed a solution to ensure external access to the balconies are provided to ensure they can be regularly maintained. Further, irrigation with natural rainwater and smart plant choices are described to ensure a meticulous and polished green balcony and roof lines are always maintained.
